  • Software Engineers to plan, develop, and test 2D/3D simulations environments used in training solutions
  • Senior System Engineers responsible for system design, development, integration and test of the C4-I, c-UAS, and Air Defense projects.
  • Provided SMEs on the development of ICT and C4I capability (including Cyber), including strategy, policy, processes, standards, organization, competencies, tools, including the development and integration of such capability as well as its linkages with other entities in the defense & security ecosystem and beyond.
  • Engineering team focusing on waveform design, software design, and hardware design for communications Software Defined Radio (SDR) projects. Team defined and analyzed requirements, system architecture, detailed technical requirements and interfaces, and created comprehensive Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for the projects.

  • Provide SMEs to provide expert advice to the client on the C2 relationships and the structures and processes necessary to support them, between the single services and other elements within Defense and to provide strategic-level advice on governance and mechanism of interaction between services & commands (mainly Air, Sea, Land) and (1) the MoD/defense headquarters, (2) all Joint Commands and (3) Delivery Organizations.
  • The Force Structure Design role is responsible for advising at the operational and tactical levels of the Saudi National Guard across the operational headquarters by focusing on organization, process, and governance. Additionally, the SME will advise across all elements G1-9, and understand how combat support and combat service support feed into the operational HQ.
  • The Capability Development Planning role is responsible for a review of existing military capabilities, definition of defense planning assumptions, and development of capability development plan to achieve the entity’s target mandate and mission.
  • The HQ Op Model role is focused on strategic level advising at the national level HQ of the client National Guard with regards to structure and organization. This includes understanding the functions and departments within the headquarters, how this is staffed, financed, and governed.
  • Provided SMEs to consult on experience development of national-level Threats/Hazards & Risk Assessments (including preparation of a National Threat Register and/or National Risk Assessment) to advise an end client in the middle east.
  • Provided SMEs to develop the DOTMLPF Framework to be used to Baseline MNG and support MNGDP (Ministry of the National Guard Development Program) to identify the required documents and readiness framework.
  • Provided SMEs to design best practice capabilities and activate a top-level organization to direct and oversee Acquisition, Force & Capability Development and Management.
